Ravishing Ruffles

This quick and easy quilt is fun to make and  is set on point for a dramatic effect.  The diagonal ruffles on top can be finished or left raw (as shown) and require only a slight gather.  The outside ruffles is optional and is sewn on after the quilt is topstitched.  The pattern includes a chart that lets you know how many outside and inside squares are needed for each size.
